THE DOCTOR – DR RIZVIA KHAN FRCGP
A GP for over 20 years, Dr Khan is a senior medical educator, former medical school interviewer, Lead Appraiser, Medical Examiner, OSCE examiner and senior medical leader within NHS England.
Known as The Interview Doc, she has interviewed hundreds of students, doctors and professionals, while supporting thousands more through their medical education and professional journeys.
Her extensive clinical, educational and leadership experience, including work as an expedition doctor, brings exceptional breadth and depth to her teaching and mentorship.
THE SCIENTIST – DR ALEX SHILLINGS PhD
Dr Shillings is an accomplished scientist, academic and educator with an extensive Cambridge background.
He holds a First-Class MSci in Chemistry and a PhD in Applied Chemical Physics from Magdalene College, Cambridge.
His experience includes scientific research and published academic work at the University of Cambridge, teaching elements of the Natural Sciences Tripos and involvement in undergraduate admissions for Physical Natural Sciences.
He is currently Head of Science at a leading independent school and a senior examiner for an international examination board.
Together, Dr Khan and Dr Shillings bring a distinctive combination of clinical insight, scientific reasoning and admissions expertise to Oxbridge interview preparation.
